We have a strong Q.C team consists of a good number of professional people. They are engaged in Controlling Quality from every step of manufacturing process. They prepare Test Report of yarn before knitting starts. After knitting Gray Fabrics the team conducts a random Inspection on those fabrics. They check fabrics’ batch wise Dia, Shrinkage, Twisting, Rubbing wet to dry, Weight, Color continuity, Shade variation, Specto photo meter report, Fabric contents etc. to ensure standard quality.
After checking all of above issues, if they can find fabrics are up to the required quality level, they send fabrics to the cutting department. They also take care of Pre-production requirement of Size set and Color combination. An in-line Test cutting of fabrics is also conducted. They follow Numbering method to avoid color shades on fabrics. The team is also engaged to check in-line sewing quality. They check quality of garments once on-table and then again after ironing.
All garments are checked by a Needle Detector before final packing and cartooning.
